Return & Exchange Conditions
- Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving them.
- All items must be in their original condition – unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- When returning or exchanging items, please use a shipping method that provides tracking information.

General Return Process
1. Initiate a Return:
Email us at sueasyretro@hotmail.com with photos and/or videos of the item(s) and include your order number. Our customer service team will review your request and confirm eligibility within 3 business days.
2. Ship the Item Back:
If your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address or a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send the package. (Note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.)
We recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking information and a signature confirmation, as we are not responsible for lost returns/exchanges.
3. Refund or Exchange:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the exchange or issue a refund within 3–5 business days.

Return Charges
- If the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item or a product defect), we will issue a full refund.
- If the return is due to customer preferences (such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong product/size), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
- No restocking fee will be charged for returns.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.
- If you haven’t received your refund after 2–3 business days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you still haven’t received your refund after doing this, please contact us at sueasyretro@hotmail.com.

Order Cancellations
- We can cancel your order if you contact us promptly after making a purchase. If your payment has been completed but the item has not yet been shipped, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund.
- Orders cannot be canceled once the parcel has been shipped.
