The Sienna Nightdress
Cotton, maroon and cream, checked through and through. A house dress cut for staying in — full sleeves, gathered at the wrist, finished in vintage lace.
The neckline ruffles softly, front and back, trimmed the same way, framing without crowding. Loose through the body, the fabric falls and moves on its own. A tiered hem falls just below the knee.
No elastic, no shortcuts — just cotton, cut generous, made for the hours at home. Loose enough, too, for the hours before sleep — a house dress by day, a nightgown by night.
