Absolutely thrilled with my new petticoat, underskirt. Construction is superb. Very professional. I spent months looking at possibilities. I am so happy with my choice. The hoops are even adjustable and removable. It is therefore suitable as a petticoat for Victorian era styles and as a farthingdale for Rennasaince and Elizabethan era gowns.
